General Policy

AnSor was established in 1952 and became a part of electric controls for auto-traction  field starting from its origins. It followed and, sometimes, led  the evolution of auto product.

From that time it has been count on  the  inside staff, on their responsibility and availability in transferring information and experiences.

AnSor wants to prevent any event, which could decrease its image  against each part interested in its activity.

AnSor wants to ensure itself and ensure the interested parts, that it has reached the control of its internal processes and so it could guarantee what it promises.

Any action for the continuous improvement has always been encouraged. The necessary investments concerning quality, service, costs and technologies have never been postponed.

These are the foundations of that winning business architecture, which has recently codified and defined as a total quality structure  where quality means:

Quality product, environment respect and skilled workers respect.

On these basis  AnSor built and will enlarge a system of “doing things”, which will be so strict that it would not give possibility of mistake. It would be so open to permit an immediate evaluation and realization of new improvement ideas, which will  take into consideration the impact they would have on environment and on the working methods inside the firm.

The business system was and will be winner only if it consents to have a constant control of each sector of our activity. Above all if it’s able to consent and, indeed, promote at the same time a continuous review of itself and to continuously check the environment impact.

Working for reaching this, means prevent any future mistake and so work in order to make a total quality.

Any energy spent in this direction is a good investment as it directly concurs to increase the satisfaction of our customers, the present and the future ones. It also consolidate the achievement of the firm on the market, therefore generate profit.

The profits of AnSor are our warranty, our collaborators warranty, the one of our customers and the warranty for the environment respect.
 

 Policy for the quality [ ISO/TS 16949:2002]

The management steadily works in order to have a firm, which is able to efficaciously respond to the explicit and implicit expectations of customers with a continuous improvement.

The system conformity to directives ISO 9000 along with the particular requirements for the pursuance to the supplier of automobiles market ISO TS 16949 is a condition to start from.

  Environment policy [ UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 ]

        AnSor, during its activity, engages itself  to:

·        keep the conformity to all the laws and the regulations in force in the environment field;

·        pursue the continuous improvement in order to have a decrease of the environment incidences till a level “corresponding to  the application of the best available technology economically practicable.

   For this reason AnSor, after an initial deep environment analysis, has stated some areas for a priority intervention and it has the following aims:

1.      Increase and keep a system for the environment management in order to satisfy all the requirements contained in UNI EN ISO 14001 and applying integrative models with the quality and security systems;

2.      promote the responsibility of workers of each level for the environment protection and realize programs for information and personnel training;

3.      ensure the cooperation with public authorities;

4.      valuate the introduction in the production of auxiliary raw materials, which have a better environment compatibility  than the ones actually in use;

5.      valuate in advance the environment impacts of new processes and of modifies of existent systems;

6.      prevent and mitigate the impacts of our own activities on the ground and on the underground waters;

7.      check and reduce the impact on  surface waters and the municipal water conditioner;

8.      check and reduce  the production of polluted emission in the atmosphere;

9.      improve the handling of produced waste with a particular attention to the dangerous ones;

10. adopt the necessary measures so as to reduce the environment impacts connected to emergency situations;

11. check the consumption of water resources;

12. check the quantity and the type of raw and auxiliary materials and final products for the correct definition of environment indicators;

13. communicate to the public the necessary information in order to understand the effects of the firm activity on environment and pursue an open dialog.

  Policy for the security [ D.Lg. 626/94 ]

The management thinks that none worker has to work in condition such as to risk his own personal security and his health. It couldn’t be sufficient doing something when an accident occurs, but it is necessary to operate in an organized , methodical and intelligent manner for pointing out “before” the possibilities of accident and  unhealthy conditions.
